Meet Our Team

"Hi, I’m Dante Malik Fevrier, co-founder of Tiny Voices, Big Futures and a passionate early childhood educator currently completing my degree in Early Childhood Education—with hopes of pursuing a master’s next. I find joy in sparking children’s curiosity, answering their endless questions, and creating magical moments during circle time. Nothing inspires me more than watching little ones grow, learn, and explore the world around them. Outside the classroom, I proudly embrace my love for fashion - because who says you can't advocate for education with a little flair and a bold fit?

Oh—and if you ask me my favourite colours? Definitely blue and red!."

Hi, I'm Jan Laurence Montemayor, one of the co-founders of the Tiny Voices, Big Futures podcast. I've been working as an Early Childhood Educator for a year now, and every single day in this field continues to inspire me. What I truly love about early childhood education is the pure innocence and curiosity children bring into the world. Being around them reminds me so much of my younger self - wide-eyed, full of wonder, and always eager to explore. . That's why I love doing arts and crafts with them. There's something so special about creating with them - seeing how they express themselves through colours, textures, and ideas, and how proud they are every little masterpiece they make. It's in those small moments of connection and creativity that I feel the most fulfilled. Watching children grow, not just physically but emotionally and intellectually, is one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. And through our podcast, I hope to share these experiences and reflections with others - educators, parents, and anyone who believes in the power of tiny voices shaping a big future.
